Mary and her husband Andreas are really great people who have a PERFECT place to stay. It was by far the best Airbnb we've ever stayed at – thank you so much! The place is sparkling clean, as if you were the first guest to enter it. Everything is thoughtfully arranged and in the right place. A beautiful terrace completes the whole package with a hot tub – overlooking the starry sky. No corners were cut here, and you can tell. Everything is of very high quality! We wish Mary and Andreas all the best for the future and thank them again for their hospitality and helpfulness.There is no other accommodation for us on Naxos.

We stayed there for 7 nights. Top location (close to all villages), amazing breakfast with fresh products, very comfortable beds and in general the place is spotless and amazing - even better than the photos. The garden is beautiful with a very luxurious hot tub -if you want to avoid crowded beaches or you simply want to relax in the evening. You have plenty of privacy and the owners, Mr Andreas and Ms Mary, are the kindest people. The treated us like family, they gave us useful tips and made our stay even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely stay at Xerolithos Natural Living again!!

Exceptional Everything was perfect

Everything about my stay at Xerolithos was amazing. From the start Andreas and Mary went above and beyond to accommodate me and make me feel welcomed. The room itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the view from the back patio was unreal. I was very comfortable during my stay here, I was always so excited to return to my room at the end of the day. The location is stunning, very quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, and it’s close by to a lot of nice villages and beaches. 100% I’d recommend to anyone

My friend and I (two young ladies traveling through Greece) stayed at Xerolithos for three unforgettable nights at the end of June, and without exaggeration, this was the highlight of our 10-day Greek holiday! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the perfect choice.First, the location is ideal—far enough from the crowds to feel like a true retreat, yet still easily accessible to Naxos' main attractions. It's the best of both worlds: peaceful seclusion with convenience. The moment we stepped onto the property, we were greeted by the soothing scents of blooming flowers and the sight of lush, wild gardens—nature at its most beautiful and unpretentious.Our hosts were absolutely wonderful—warm, respectful, and full of great recommendations. They took the time to share their knowledge of the island and genuinely enjoyed exchanging stories about life and travel. Their hospitality made us feel right at home.The veranda was just as stunning as the photos promised (if not more!), but the real star was the garden. Bursting with vibrant flowers, fragrant herbs, and even fruit trees, it felt like wandering through a hidden Eden. And at night? Pure magic. The sky was a glittering canvas of stars, with shooting stars streaking across every few minutes (yes, we counted—along with a few satellites for fun!).Please have breakfast on the veranda! The hosts prepare everything fresh—local bread, jams, yogurt, and more—making it the perfect way to start the day in paradise.If you're looking for a peaceful escape from city life, Xerolithos is the place. We stayed for the second time at Xerolithos Natural Living. Maria and Andreas welcomed us very well and we felt at home.The accommodation Phos was very clean and comfortable as during our first stay, tastefully furnished and well equipped thanks to Maria who makes every effort to make everything perfect. An ideal place for a relaxing and stress-free holiday. Breakfast was delicious with good fresh bread and served daily on our terrace.Maria and Andreas are wonderful hosts, exceptional kindness and availability. This was truly one of the best stays I’ve ever experienced. The villa is located in a peaceful setting, away from the crowds, perfect for relaxation and enjoying nature. The villa itself was very comfortable and beautifully designed to give you the best possible experience.Maria and Andreas are more than just hosts – they feel like personal guides. They gave us the best recommendations on what to see, where to eat, and which beaches to visit. Their warmth and hospitality made the stay extra special.Breakfast on the veranda each morning was stunning. At the agreed time, they brought us a delicious breakfast from the menu, which we enjoyed while soaking in the quiet surroundings. In the evening, you can relax under the stars, listening to the silence – a truly unforgettable feeling.Even though it’s located outside of the town, everything is within a 20-minute drive. If you are looking for real relaxation, surrounded by peace, silence, and nature, this is the best place to stay in Naxos.I truly hope to return soon and relive this unforgettable experience!  

Holiday · Couple What a fantastic place on a surprisingly charming island! The accommodation is idyllically situated, with breathtaking views. Everything is meticulously taken care of: stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean, a wonderfully comfortable bed, a lovely shower, a cozy outdoor area, and a delightful jacuzzi for complete relaxation. Within 15 minutes, you can be in the capital or on the beach, making it a perfect base for exploring the island. The price-quality ratio is excellent.What truly makes this stay special, however, are Andreas & Mary. A warm and loving couple who welcome you with open arms. They give you plenty of space and privacy, yet are always there for you if you need anything. Their hospitality makes you feel right at home. The laundry service is also excellent: your clothes will be returned clean and neatly ironed within a few hours.In short: highly recommended. Our short trip to Naxos was made unique thanks to this accommodation and their extremely warm and hospitable owners, Andreas and Mairy. We love being in Greece in August. But we also seek relaxation in a peaceful environment with Cycladic style. The exterior and interior design shows how much passion and dedication was put into making the Xerolithos a modern destination with a traditional touch. We enjoyed many evenings with a glass of wine on our lovely terrace, relaxing in the Jacuzzi. We also appreciated its location and its proximity to both north and south beautiful Naxos villages and beaches. Another important aspect for our family is that Xerolithos has an excellent price/quality ratio, hard to find nowadays in Greece. Needless to say ... highly recommended all year round ! We would love to come back to discover the numerous well-marked walking traits around this location.
