This place was amazing. The hosts are perhaps the nicest peopel I’ve met on my 5 week trip to Greece. If you want to escape the hustle of the port towns and enjoy the serenity of the mountains , this is the place. Only 17 min from town and 20 min from the longest sand beaches I’ve ever seen in Greece. Place is like new, well appointed ans surreal. Would def stay again next time I am in Naxos. This was truly one of the best stays I’ve ever experienced. The villa is located in a peaceful setting, away from the crowds, perfect for relaxation and enjoying nature. The villa itself was very comfortable and beautifully designed to give you the best possible experience.Maria and Andreas are more than just hosts – they feel like personal guides. They gave us the best recommendations on what to see, where to eat, and which beaches to visit. Their warmth and hospitality made the stay extra special.Breakfast on the veranda each morning was stunning. At the agreed time, they brought us a delicious breakfast from the menu, which we enjoyed while soaking in the quiet surroundings. In the evening, you can relax under the stars, listening to the silence – a truly unforgettable feeling.Even though it’s located outside of the town, everything is within a 20-minute drive. If you are looking for real relaxation, surrounded by peace, silence, and nature, this is the best place to stay in Naxos.I truly hope to return soon and relive this unforgettable experience!

Everything was just wonderful: the surroundings, the garden of the property, the rooms, the interior design, simple and chic at the same time. The place was really clean, the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and huge! Mary and Andreas are very nice and friendly and did everything in order to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. They also gave us a lot of valuable tips to reach the best beaches or to find a good restaurant or sights. We were really happy to have chosen this place for our holiday in Naxos.

Everything! Location, design, hosts! The hosie is inland, with beautiful scenery and view of the mountains. Beautifully decorated in cyclades style. Very peaceful but close to best beaches and town 15-20min ride. You need a car. Beautiful villages nearby… Naxos at its best authentic way. Hosts are beyond amazing. Very polite, always available, but not imposing. We are definitely coming back!

My friend and I (two young ladies traveling through Greece) stayed at Xerolithos for three unforgettable nights at the end of June, and without exaggeration, this was the highlight of our 10-day Greek holiday! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the perfect choice.First, the location is ideal—far enough from the crowds to feel like a true retreat, yet still easily accessible to Naxos' main attractions. It's the best of both worlds: peaceful seclusion with convenience. The moment we stepped onto the property, we were greeted by the soothing scents of blooming flowers and the sight of lush, wild gardens—nature at its most beautiful and unpretentious.Our hosts were absolutely wonderful—warm, respectful, and full of great recommendations. They took the time to share their knowledge of the island and genuinely enjoyed exchanging stories about life and travel. Their hospitality made us feel right at home.The veranda was just as stunning as the photos promised (if not more!), but the real star was the garden. Bursting with vibrant flowers, fragrant herbs, and even fruit trees, it felt like wandering through a hidden Eden. And at night? Pure magic. The sky was a glittering canvas of stars, with shooting stars streaking across every few minutes (yes, we counted—along with a few satellites for fun!).Please have breakfast on the veranda! The hosts prepare everything fresh—local bread, jams, yogurt, and more—making it the perfect way to start the day in paradise.If you're looking for a peaceful escape from city life, Xerolithos is the place. We spent three days in this amazing location and we didn't want to go away. It's a little paradise in the beautiful Island of Naxos. The suite Is well appointed, you can find all the necessary for your relax and stay. The hosts are really kind and welcoming and ready to help for everything you need. I highly recommend this accomodation!

We stayed at Xerolithos and we just didn't want to leave.Wonderful place, spotlessly clean, with thoughtful aesthetics and an incredible view. The jacuzzi was everything we needed for absolute relaxation. The hosts, Andreas and Mary, were excellent, kind, discreet and always willing to help. An experience that exceeded all expectations. If you are looking for a private, relaxing stay then this is 100% for you. The space inside was perfect for us and was very roomy. Outside there is a really lovely garden area with a view of the mountains and is a great place to watch the sunrise. Mary and her husband were super friendly and responsive and even offered to provide breakfast if needed. Unfortunately we are only in the area for one night but we’d definitely stay here again if we had the chance to come back!
