If you are looking for a private, relaxing stay then this is 100% for you. The space inside was perfect for us and was very roomy. Outside there is a really lovely garden area with a view of the mountains and is a great place to watch the sunrise. Mary and her husband were super friendly and responsive and even offered to provide breakfast if needed. Unfortunately we are only in the area for one night but we’d definitely stay here again if we had the chance to come back!

Our short trip to Naxos was made unique thanks to this accommodation and their extremely warm and hospitable owners, Andreas and Mairy. We love being in Greece in August. But we also seek relaxation in a peaceful environment with Cycladic style. The exterior and interior design shows how much passion and dedication was put into making the Xerolithos a modern destination with a traditional touch. We enjoyed many evenings with a glass of wine on our lovely terrace, relaxing in the Jacuzzi. We also appreciated its location and its proximity to both north and south beautiful Naxos villages and beaches. Another important aspect for our family is that Xerolithos has an excellent price/quality ratio, hard to find nowadays in Greece. Needless to say ... highly recommended all year round ! We would love to come back to discover the numerous well-marked walking traits around this location.

This was truly one of the best stays I’ve ever experienced. The villa is located in a peaceful setting, away from the crowds, perfect for relaxation and enjoying nature. The villa itself was very comfortable and beautifully designed to give you the best possible experience.Maria and Andreas are more than just hosts – they feel like personal guides. They gave us the best recommendations on what to see, where to eat, and which beaches to visit. Their warmth and hospitality made the stay extra special.Breakfast on the veranda each morning was stunning. At the agreed time, they brought us a delicious breakfast from the menu, which we enjoyed while soaking in the quiet surroundings. In the evening, you can relax under the stars, listening to the silence – a truly unforgettable feeling.Even though it’s located outside of the town, everything is within a 20-minute drive. If you are looking for real relaxation, surrounded by peace, silence, and nature, this is the best place to stay in Naxos.I truly hope to return soon and relive this unforgettable experience!  

Wat een fantastische plek op een verrassend charmant eiland! De accommodatie is idyllisch gelegen, met een fantastisch uitzicht. Stijlvol ingericht, brandschoon, een heerlijk comfortabel bed, een fijne douche, een gezellige buitenruimte én een zalige jacuzzi om helemaal tot rust te komen.Binnen 15 minuten sta je in de hoofdstad of op het strand, wat het een perfecte uitvalsbasis maakt om het eiland te verkennen. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is uitstekend.Wat dit verblijf echter écht bijzonder maakt, zijn Andreas & Mary. Een warm en liefdevol echtpaar dat je met open armen ontvangt. Ze geven je alle ruimte en privacy, maar staan altijd voor je klaar als je iets nodig hebt. Hun gastvrijheid maakt dat je je meteen thuis voelt. This place was amazing. The hosts are perhaps the nicest peopel I’ve met on my 5 week trip to Greece. If you want to escape the hustle of the port towns and enjoy the serenity of the mountains , this is the place. Only 17 min from town and 20 min from the longest sand beaches I’ve ever seen in Greece. Place is like new, well appointed ans surreal. Would def stay again next time I am in Naxos.   Such lovely hosts! You feel like being with family! Very kids friendly as well. The property is very well designed, amazing herbal garden and the place indoors is just perfectly made! It feels much bigger that in the pictures and every detail is just very thought through! The bed and sheets are one of the must comfortable we ever experienced and the entire place is stunningly clean!Enjoy the breakfast offer: it ist just amazing to sit outside with a great panoramic view to the mountains and morning sun with fresh baked things from the local bakery and a lovely set table.Location: we think after one week travelling through Naxos, that this is actually the perfect location if you like to stay comfortable and flexible ins to activities. 15 min to best beaches or lovely mountain hikes or villages.. or the capital.. and all in a lovely setting, totally away from the touristic neighbourhoods that turn into ghost towns when it it is off season… we went end November and it was just perfect!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Both the place and the hospitality from Andreas and Mary were exceptional. The house is beautiful, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was in a perfect location, right between the villages and the beaches, which made it very easy to explore Naxos. The hosts were incredible – so kind, attentive, and always ready to help.
