First of all, hosts Andreas and Marry are truly warm hearted and welcoming people. The accommodation is set in a perfect location between the Naxian mountains and the sea, surrounded by nature, yet close to everything. The whole areal has a beautiful Greek style, the view from the terrace is magnificent and also breakfast is available at a very reasonable price. It’s an ideal place for families looking for peace and authenticity.

Holiday · Couple What a fantastic place on a surprisingly charming island! The accommodation is idyllically situated, with breathtaking views. Everything is meticulously taken care of: stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean, a wonderfully comfortable bed, a lovely shower, a cozy outdoor area, and a delightful jacuzzi for complete relaxation. Within 15 minutes, you can be in the capital or on the beach, making it a perfect base for exploring the island. The price-quality ratio is excellent.What truly makes this stay special, however, are Andreas & Mary. A warm and loving couple who welcome you with open arms. They give you plenty of space and privacy, yet are always there for you if you need anything. Their hospitality makes you feel right at home. The laundry service is also excellent: your clothes will be returned clean and neatly ironed within a few hours.In short: highly recommended. Everything! Location, design, hosts! The hosie is inland, with beautiful scenery and view of the mountains. Beautifully decorated in cyclades style. Very peaceful but close to best beaches and town 15-20min ride. You need a car. Beautiful villages nearby… Naxos at its best authentic way. Hosts are beyond amazing. Very polite, always available, but not imposing. We are definitely coming back!

Stay from 12 to 17/08/25 . We have just returned from our stay in the Cyclades and the island that marked us all is Naxos  But especially Andreas and Mary the hosts of this accommodation. A very open and generous couple who welcomed us on the first day despite the delay of our boat. Always listening we had the pleasure of meeting during the stay because they are always on site to take care of the outside and others. Thanks to their advice we booked a nice cruise to panermos beach and ate in good taverns around the accommodation. The house is beautifully decorated with taste and olive-based toiletries provided , coffee machine for pods and mini fridge . Plus the Jacuzzi with views of these beautiful landscapes. In the middle of nature, you reconnect with silence and take the time to do nothing. I highly recommend this little piece of paradise!!Meeting Andreas and Mary was a real favoriteThank you both again. My friend and I (two young ladies traveling through Greece) stayed at Xerolithos for three unforgettable nights at the end of June, and without exaggeration, this was the highlight of our 10-day Greek holiday! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the perfect choice.First, the location is ideal—far enough from the crowds to feel like a true retreat, yet still easily accessible to Naxos' main attractions. It's the best of both worlds: peaceful seclusion with convenience. The moment we stepped onto the property, we were greeted by the soothing scents of blooming flowers and the sight of lush, wild gardens—nature at its most beautiful and unpretentious.Our hosts were absolutely wonderful—warm, respectful, and full of great recommendations. They took the time to share their knowledge of the island and genuinely enjoyed exchanging stories about life and travel. Their hospitality made us feel right at home.The veranda was just as stunning as the photos promised (if not more!), but the real star was the garden. Bursting with vibrant flowers, fragrant herbs, and even fruit trees, it felt like wandering through a hidden Eden. And at night? Pure magic. The sky was a glittering canvas of stars, with shooting stars streaking across every few minutes (yes, we counted—along with a few satellites for fun!).Please have breakfast on the veranda! The hosts prepare everything fresh—local bread, jams, yogurt, and more—making it the perfect way to start the day in paradise.If you're looking for a peaceful escape from city life, Xerolithos is the place. Everything was just wonderful: the surroundings, the garden of the property, the rooms, the interior design, simple and chic at the same time. The place was really clean, the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and huge! Mary and Andreas are very nice and friendly and did everything in order to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. They also gave us a lot of valuable tips to reach the best beaches or to find a good restaurant or sights. We were really happy to have chosen this place for our holiday in Naxos.

These beautiful and super stylish villas, surrounded by astonishing nature are just the beginning of your stay in Xerolithos. Every detail of this unique place simply amazed us, combining both great interior design taste and love for nature. Although the island is full of picturesque spots and beaches, we hardly wanted to leave this little paradise Mary and Andreas had brought to life.
