Holiday · Couple What a fantastic place on a surprisingly charming island! The accommodation is idyllically situated, with breathtaking views. Everything is meticulously taken care of: stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean, a wonderfully comfortable bed, a lovely shower, a cozy outdoor area, and a delightful jacuzzi for complete relaxation. Within 15 minutes, you can be in the capital or on the beach, making it a perfect base for exploring the island. The price-quality ratio is excellent.What truly makes this stay special, however, are Andreas & Mary. A warm and loving couple who welcome you with open arms. They give you plenty of space and privacy, yet are always there for you if you need anything. Their hospitality makes you feel right at home. The laundry service is also excellent: your clothes will be returned clean and neatly ironed within a few hours.In short: highly recommended. This property was the cutest and the coziest place we have stayed at during this whole trip and we have done a lot of apartments and hotels the past month. Andreas and Mary were wonderful hosts and helped us with everything we needed. They gave us great recommendations to beaches and things to do and sorted out a vehicle for us aswell. The hot tub and the fruit from the garden was a nice touch to the experience. We would love to come back again to the beautiful place.

Excellent location to discover Naxos Island in all its variety: to the beaches or to the mountains, to Naxos Chora town center or to the charming, authentic villages like Chalki or Filoti, everything is very close and reachable within some minutes by car. This quiet spot, harmonically designed in the middle of nature, is a harbor of peace. And when after a great day of discovery you return to relax on your terrace or in the jacuzzi surrounded by olive trees and herbs with smell of Mediterranean perfumes you enjoy the great view over the fields with the mountains turning orange in the sunset. The hosts Andreas and Mary are wonderful persons warmly welcoming you with their heart and a smile. We are particularly grateful for their extreme flexibility and willingness to help when receiving us on very short notice late in the evening as we had a problem without our initial travel plans. We felt so well there, that we decided to stay longer and remained at this place until the rest of our vacation.

If you are looking for a private, relaxing stay then this is 100% for you. The space inside was perfect for us and was very roomy. Outside there is a really lovely garden area with a view of the mountains and is a great place to watch the sunrise. Mary and her husband were super friendly and responsive and even offered to provide breakfast if needed. Unfortunately we are only in the area for one night but we’d definitely stay here again if we had the chance to come back!

We stayed at Xerolithos and we just didn't want to leave.Wonderful place, spotlessly clean, with thoughtful aesthetics and an incredible view. The jacuzzi was everything we needed for absolute relaxation. The hosts, Andreas and Mary, were excellent, kind, discreet and always willing to help. An experience that exceeded all expectations. Everything about my stay at Xerolithos was amazing. From the start Andreas and Mary went above and beyond to accommodate me and make me feel welcomed. The room itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the view from the back patio was unreal. I was very comfortable during my stay here, I was always so excited to return to my room at the end of the day. The location is stunning, very quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, and it’s close by to a lot of nice villages and beaches. 100% I’d recommend to anyone

Marys and Andreas place is outstanding, breathtaking and just wonderful! Best Airbnb I’ve ever had! We had such a lovely welcome and they showed us their beautiful garden, which smells amazing. They also gave us the best food recommendation and for surroundings. Honestly it felt like family :) The place looks even better as on the pictures and everything is perfect like out of a magazine. The view on the mountains is amazing and sitting in the jacuzzi with this view or at night and looking to the stars is breathtaking. I’m still overwhelmed about this experience because our stay and the island was so perfect!

Stijlvol ingericht, brandschoon, een heerlijk comfortabel bed, een fijne douche, een gezellige buitenruimte én een zalige jacuzzi om helemaal tot rust te komen.Binnen 15 minuten sta je in de hoofdstad of op het strand, wat het een perfecte uitvalsbasis maakt om het eiland te verkennen. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is uitstekend.Wat dit verblijf echter écht bijzonder maakt, zijn Andreas & Mary. Een warm en liefdevol echtpaar dat je met open armen ontvangt. Ze geven je alle ruimte en privacy, maar staan altijd voor je klaar als je iets nodig hebt. Hun gastvrijheid maakt dat je je meteen thuis voelt.
